Scheduled maintenance

IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE THE UPCOMING SCHEDULED PORTAL OUTAGE

We will be migrating this portal to a new server during the first weekend of November.

As a result, there will be a scheduled outage from 8pm EST on Friday, November 6 to 6am EST on Monday, November 9.

During the outage, users will be unable to access the portal to submit precertification requests or for any other task.

Precertification requests should be submitted by fax at (866) 881-9643 until the transition is complete. If you have an urgent case, please call (866) 457-0534.

We recommend completing all outstanding time-sensitive tasks and operations prior to the system outage.
